Re: [bigb] Re: Not liking it...

Agree. This should never have happened. Some obscure website posting it is one thing, not many would have known, but the link on a BigB group and on his blog made it go viral. Very unfortunate. We would not like it if someone stole our thunder, our moment of triumph and glory. All for a few bucks. Very sad. I know he himself re-tweeted the website, but it could have been to either of these two reasons, or perhaps both: a) he did not realize, in his stunned state, that by re-tweeting, he was himself perpetuating the piracy, and b) once it the dam had burst, there was no way of stopping the flow or pushing all the water back that had already flown out, so might as well be gracious about it and direct people to the spot of damage? I don't know. But I do not like it when he is unhappy. I am sure he is very disappointed in us.

just put yourself in the place of those who have made the music of BBuddah, they have put so much hard work and now the music gets leaked and all are listening to those music in internet, various social network sites. they put so much hard work to make those music and now people are listening to those FREE. why should it be???

you are saying that after listenig to the pirated music, it will become more popular and people will start buying the original one. you are wrong, after people listen to those music (pirated version), most of them will keep those track in their PC and listen to those and they will not buy the original one which will affect the sales (most of the people will not buy), and of course we should always raise our voice against pirated version. even after the movie release, surely pirated version will be circulated by many people, we should again not promote those and wait for the official launch of the movie cd/dvd.

The film ready is a good example. The music was available over internet. Not only has the music sales increased, the people too thronged to theatres.

"Budhdha" music is miilion times superior to pedestrian "Ready" numbers. If the music and the film is good--nobody can stop the sales..

Internet music quality is not so great. If the music is good, people would still want to go out and buy original DVD's..

I hope you change your opinion and give a big Thumbs Up to all group members to go ahead and market the songs agressively over internet, facebook, twitter, etc

Regards,

Manoj

i don't think producers will leak a soundtrack online considering it will make them loads of money? Yes...i agree..most are downloaded but shouldn't we show some loyalty to ab? would this not affect him?
