Hi Everyone,

Team USA has been playing catch-up as the promotional material starts trickling in :-) 

Here's an update from across the USA:

• NY/NJ - Took the material that was received in the context of Autographed CDs, Regular CDs, and T-Shirts and strategically directed them to key media:
• EBC Radio (3 days of Promotion - Thursday, Friday, and Sunday) - Already in EBC Radio's Hands
  
• 2 Autographed CDs
• 9 Regular CDs
• 30 T-Shirts
  
• DHOOM FM (Promotions in partnership with a local Edison Music Store) - Already in DHOOM FM's Hands
  
• 1 Autographed CD
• 5 Regular Cds
• 30 T-Shirts (T-Shirts will be done as a give-away as well as working with some Local Edison Music stores who will also give out T-Shirts)
  
• AVS - Will be in AVS' Hands tomorrow thanks to Mahendra
  
• 2 Autographed CDs
• 6 Regular CDs
• 18 T-Shirts (For those in NY/NJ who go for the Premiere, each will get a T-Shirt and the rest will be for AVS to giveaway)
• Active Promotions on the AVS Facebook Website promoting the film
• http://www.facebook.com/avstv
  
• California - Utilizing an increasing friends and family circle to reach out to more people to get the theaters filled in Opening Week
  
• San Francisco
  
• Wave one targeted for Friday with people going to theaters with T-Shirts and stickers
• Wave two targeted for Saturday with people going to theaters with T-Shirts and stickers
• Los Angeles
• Collectively gathered 100+ people to go to the Theater on Friday to watch the film
• Reach out to Indian Stores and leverage promotional material to get the word about the film out
• Texas - Leverage the promotional material for Media
• Contacted the Radio Station will be dropping off the promotional material tomorrow
• 3 Days of steady Radio Promotions planned with periodic promotional material giveaways
