Well said, Viral!!!
Need awareness... AVS TV is apparently doing a significant piece on BHTB this wknd... AB and crew should grant interviews to this network... They are by far the most organized and widespread Asian  tv channel in the US and Canada (possibly UK too).  Ready and all SRK films utilize AVS to really hype their films.  AB has interviewed with them before.
We also need huge posters and cut outs at all the major US cinemas (look at nowrunning.com to get a list of all the cinemas playing desi films)...I still think promo items like t-shirts can really work!  Father's day this Sunday... Coffee mugs that say "Happy Father's day- Bbuddha Hoga Tera Baap...sorry Dadaji" !!!  What do you think?

Ok, first off and obviously no offense to any country/region, but shouldn't the publicity and promotional visits be based on:

a) the size of the overseas market
b) where past AB movies have fared the best
c) where action/masala oriented movies have fared the best

Given the above, does the Dubai market have a significantly larger value than say a UK or US market? It may be, just wondering?

For the US/UK markets, let's please start with the promos with the Hindi movies running currently in the theaters ; heavy marketing using the TV media, pretty much every household has desi channels, so that would be their best bet to reach out ; local shows like the one Hitesh is involved with (AVS and all) ; desi radio channels ; posters and songs in desi stores/theaters ;

In the US, its the LONG weekend (July 4th) -- make sure to have a major push to get the junta in. Have something unique to get ppl lined up for BHTB. I would HATE to go watch it without any lines to enter when DELHI BELLY is getting major crowds! The whole masala/action genre doesn't work overseas argument is totally bull! I saw people lined up for Rajneeti/Dabaang/Ready here in the US.

Would be great if you could share any ideas or inputs you have for our promotional campaign especially since you are so closely connected with his fan base. We would be needing all your help and expertise in the coming few days to promote his Dubai visit.."
