well, multiplex is one thing, but if BHTB worked in pan india, that will be a change, and DB can not be a good hit in smaller town! BigB is not just Mumbai or big cities, but all india!

Also, the multiplex crowds would be distributed between Xformers and DB, so that is actually good. BHTB should rule the single screens. But that's not enough for big numbers.
