There is buzz doing rounds in the media that yesteryear actress Sridevi, who dazzled silver screen, is all set to start her second innings. Now, the latest news is that Boney Kapoor (Sridevi's husband) has confirmed that Sridevi is ready to bat for her second innings.
As per sources, Boney Kapoor said that the film will go on floors in the month of July and to be released by next year. He also said that Sridevi 's character would be challenging and could not reveal more details other than that.
Boney Kapoor also condemns the rumours that Sridevi has started going to the gym for this film. He said that she is quite conscious about her fitness and there is nothing she is doing extra.
The filmmaker who is going to present this actress on screen in lead role after the gap of 14 years is Gauri Shinde, wife of National award winner R Balki. Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan is playing the lead role in the film.
