I think that fan clubs in different cities in India and all over the world can play an important role in promotion.. I don't know exactly what is going on in such clubs.. do fans just gather and talk about AB's movies or they do some other stuff.. unfortunately we don't have here one in Egypt..
I think that ABCL can organize with the presidents of fans clubs.. what is good in city can't work with another.. just as Shankar mentioned about Tshirts and media.. Tshirt idea can work in a city, but radio coverage can be more effective in other cities..
So there should be a plan.. suggestion from fans in each city.. what is the best in promoting a movie in this city.. i am sure that members of these clubs can also have good ideas need to be brought to AB's attention.. ABCL can co-operate with them and supply them with materials needed in promotion business.. i am sure that all will participate volunteerly ..
President of fan clubs might be known by name to AB himself so organization won't take much time.. if they can start on the first week of May.. so there will be 3 weeks of hard work..

I still feel.. Promotions of Bbuddah will be very effective via media...this needs to happen...Tshirts etc are quite common in Chennai, Hyderabad..especially for regional films...
Here in UAE , this will not catch the eye!!! Radio coverage is huge here and that must be targetted... As it is now peak summer here, you will find all in their cars...
