Amitabh Bachchan sings Tagore's Ekla Chalo Re

Amitabh Bachchan has lent his voice to Nobel Prize winning poet Rabindranath Tagore's most inspiring songs, 'Ekla Cholo Re', for Sujoy Ghosh's film, Kahaani, starring Vidya Balan, in which she plays a pregnant woman.
The song will be used in an inspiration scene for Vidya's character, as she struggles to look for her missing husband.
Expressing his excitement, Big B wrote on his blog, "May I just say that singing Rabindrasangeet for the first time was the greatest revelation. The beauty of the language, the lyricism of the tune and its dhun are outstanding. Singing the track today, you discover how inadequate you are to handle something created by Gurudev Tagore."
Sujoy Ghosh and Amitabh Bachchan have earlier worked together in Aladin.
Kahaani releases on 29 July, 2011.
