Amitabh Bachchan apologises for Twitter joke On RajnikanthTwitter never fails to give insights into stars' minds. Sometimes sharing a joke on the micro-blogging site gets even the biggest star into trouble, though. None other than Big B had to put up with the scorn of Rajnikant fans, who took offense with this tweet of Mr. Bachchan:  "Someone sent me this on mobile: When Graham Bell discovered the telephone, he found two missed calls from Rajnikant!!" Right afterwards he corrected himself: "Ok! Graham Bell 'invented' the telephone … not 'discovered' as written earlier .. in Rajni joke .. !!! Apologies!!" Big B then had to clarify his intentions, praising the Southern acting legend: "Not making fun of him …praising his status and his greatness ..he is noble successful humble person , and revered like a God" |
